Video convertors

The Adapt Series products are active video format converters that convert DisplayPort™ video signals to legacy video formats such as DVI and VGA. These rugged video converters meet the military standard for shock and vibration resistance (MIL-STD-810) and can operate over an extended temperature range (-40°C to 85°C). Power for these active devices is available via a DisplayPort™ cable, so no external power supply is required.

Often customers use several older monitors with different input ports. Supporting these monitors may then require special graphics cards, incurring additional costs, long lead times, etc. EIZO Adapt video format converters allow new GPU cards to be used with older monitors and display devices. Their small size and the lack of need for an external power supply make them a flexible solution.
